Recover Integrity, an exclusive extended care treatment center for men, plans to strategically develop our program and dedicated staff under the guidance of our new Executive Clinical Director, Andrew Sidoli, MSW, MBA.
Andrew brings a diverse cultural background and a proven history of innovation to a variety of mental health programs for over 20 years.

Introducing Andrew Sidoli, MSW, MBA
Andrew Sidoli, MSW, MBA is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Addiction Counselor with an extensive 20-year background in a variety of chemical dependency and mental health settings.
His education includes a bachelor’s degree in Child Development and Family Studies and a master’s degree in Clinical Social Work. Prior to joining C4 Consulting, Andrew Sidoli was Chief Clinical Officer at Recovery Ways in Salt Lake City, Utah. He also served as an Executive Clinical Director at Shadow Mountain Recovery in NM, CO, and UT.
Andrew has vast experience designing and improving curriculums, competency measurements, and developing more effective and efficient clinical and medical programs. His experience with attachment, family systems, and in-depth knowledge of trauma allows for clinical work focused on trauma-centered methodology.
Andrew’s is passionate about the operational aspects of treatment. He is a visionary that blends creativity with practicality. He has extensive experience developing innovative and compassionate mental health treatment programs while simultaneously cutting facility costs and boosting employee productivity.
The unique balance of acute business sense and expansive clinical knowledge makes Andrew an in demand consultant. He helped several agencies commit to a culture of staff development, more effective systems and curriculum, and, most importantly, treating patients with respect, compassion, and dignity during some of the most difficult times of their lives.
Andrew’s dedication to inspiring, collaborative leadership has us thrilled for the future of Recover Integrity and those we serve.
